Information on eligible applicants for the Voucher Scheme, as well as the necessary documents and information for successful project preparation.

1. Eligible candidates:

1.1. Be micro, small or medium-sized enterprises (ie 1 to 249 staff).

If the enterprise is micro (from 1 to 9 staff) to have a mandatory headquarters in Varna, Burgas, Lovech, Yambol, Vratsa, etc. etc. This is important as it is inadmissible to apply for micro-enterprises with headquarters in small settlements (eg such as Beloslav, Avren, Berkovitsa, Mezdra, etc.).

If the enterprise is small or medium (ie from 10 to 249 staff) they can be from the territory of all settlements - from district to small towns.

For the sake of simplicity, I suggest that you always look for businesses that are domiciled in regional cities.

1.2. Eligible applicants must have an Economic Activity Code in any of the following sectors:

High-tech and medium-high-tech industrial industries:

C20 "Manufacture of chemicals"; C21 "Manufacture of medicines and products"; C26 'Manufacture of computer and communication equipment, electronic and optical products'; C27 "Manufacture of electrical equipment"; C28 "Manufacture of general-purpose machinery and equipment"; C29 'Manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers'; C30 'Manufacture of vehicles without vehicles'.

Intensive knowledge services:

J58 Publishing; J59 'Film, television, sound recording and music production'; J60 "Radio and television activities"; J61 Telecommunications; J62 "Information technology activities"; J63 "Information services"; M72 Research and Development.

Low-tech and medium-low-tech industrial productions:

C10 Food Production; C11 "Manufacture of beverages"; C13 "Manufacture of textiles and textile articles, except apparel"; C14 "Manufacture of wearing apparel"; C15 'Treatment of hides and skins; manufacture of footwear and other articles of furskin '; C16 'Manufacture of wood and of products of wood and cork, except furniture; manufacture of straw and knitwear '; C17 'Manufacture of paper, paperboard and articles of paper and paperboard'; C18 'Printing and reproduction of recorded media'; C19 'Manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products'; C22 'Manufacture of rubber and plastic products'; C23 'Manufacture of other non-metallic mineral products'; C24 "Manufacture of basic metals"; C25 'Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment'; C31 'Manufacture of furniture'; C32 'Manufacture not elsewhere classified'; C33 'Repair and installation of machinery and equipment'.

IMPORTANT: Codes C10 "Food production" and C11 "Manufacture of beverages" may NOT apply:

∙ 10.2. "Processing and preserving of fish and other aquatic animals, without prepared meals";

∙ 10.3 “Processing and preserving of fruits and vegetables, without prepared meals”;

.10.5. "Production of milk and milk products";

.10.6. "Manufacture of mill products, starch and starch products";

∙ 10.81. Sugar Production;

Required documents and information:

2.1. Income Statement and Balance Sheet (Individual) for the last two financial years ended. For example, if 2019 is over. we will need reports for 2019 and 2018. If 2019 it is not finished we will need it for 2017 and 2018. They have the opportunity to consult the Commercial Registry of Accounts, but if the companies have closed in 2019, their financial statements for 2019 are unlikely to be uploaded yet, and in that sense they will we need them)

2.2. Statement of employees, wages and other labor costs for the last two completed financial years, depending on the date on which the applicant was established or started its activity - in an identical format to that in which they were submitted to the NSI.

2.3. Report on a group of undertakings for the last two completed financial years, depending on the date on which the applicant is incorporated or started.

In the event that the applicant does not compile the said report, the applicant should submit a list of the enterprises with which he forms a group of enterprises.

2.4. Describe the main activity of the applicant company.

2.5. Applicants must have a valid Electronic Signature issued to the Company Manager. The electronic signature is required and is used to submit the project to the system.
